Wojciech Aleksandrowicz will become the member of the Management Board of Inter Cars SA as of 1st January 2024. Such decision was taken by the Supervisory Board of the Company. The current president of ILS has also been appointed Managing Director for Logistics and IT.<\/strong> <strong>The Management Board of Inter Cars SA will now consist of 5 people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience in logistics and management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new member of the Inter Cars Management Board is a graduate of the Oskar Lange University\u00a0 of Economics in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of logistics management. Working for Inter Cars Capital Group for almost 20 years now. From 2004 to 2013 &#8211; working as a deputy director of logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>President of ILS, a logistics entity separated from Inter Cars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2012 Wojciech Aleksandrowicz was a member of the ILS Management Board and from 2013 its President. ILS was created from the spin-off of the logistics division of Inter Cars SA. Since 2020, Aleksandrowicz has also held the position of Managing Director at Inter Cars, responsible for logistics, as well as for the area of IT. A year later, he was appointed to act as the company&#8217;s proxy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; I would like to thank the Supervisory Board for entrusting me with the position of Member of the Management Board of Inter Cars. It is a great honour and recognition for me. I look forward to working together and developing the potential of our dynamically growing company &#8211;&nbsp; said Wojciech Aleksandrowicz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inter Cars, leader of the aftermarket in Central and Eastern Europe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maciej Oleksowicz has been the company&#8217;s CEO since 2017. Inter Cars is the market leader in the distribution of spare parts for cars and trucks and the second largest on the continent.
