ILS Sp. z o.o., one of the largest companies in terms of revenue in the logistics industry in Poland, is entering into cooperation with Danish partner DANX, part of the DANX Carousel group,- a specialised in time-critical in-night services, where guaranteed on-time delivery is a key requirement. Both companies establish a new joint venture.
Both ILS and DANX have extensive experience in the supply and logistics of spare parts. The cooperation will bring tangible benefits to both companies, creating a synergistic partnership and complementing each other’s offers. The cooperation with ILS will enable DANX to open up to the Central and Eastern European markets, while ILS will be able to benefit from DANX software competence and broad international portfolio of customers.
The joint venture is planned to be established as early as spring 2023.

ILS is an entity which is a part of the Inter Cars Capital Group. The company is responsible for providing comprehensive logistics services related to storage and handling of goods for the companies of the Capital Group and third parties.
ILS opened the European Logistics and Development Centre in Zakroczym in 2017. The investment site with an area of 24 hectares, more than 64,000 m2 of total storage space and a 13 km-long conveyor system compose the only such warehouse in the spare parts distribution industry in Europe.
