ILS puts focus on development. A week ago we announced information about the optimisation introduced in foreign markets, and today we are pleased to announce the start of cooperation with A1 Sorter company. The innovations introduced in the area of warehouse automation solutions will be implemented in our largest warehouse in Zakroczym.
Together with A1 Sorter, we will optimise another branch of the logistics area in our company. In line with the direction of development for modern supply chains through automation and digitisation of the warehousing process, we decided to invest in the future-oriented technology ,’SKYPOD System’ – provided by Exotec company and integrated on the Polish market by A1 Sorter company.
– We were looking for a solution that would be scalable, efficient, tailored to the specifics of our business and which would allow us to continue our dynamic development. Our innovative approach allows us to optimise warehouse processes and set standards and directions of development in our industry. The innovation and efficiency of the “SKYPOD System” solution was of great importance to us, which, in the perspective of such a dynamically developing technology, confirms the claim that this is the only right direction in providing services at the highest possible level – says Rafał Tomaszewski (ILS).
The optimisation project will be carried out in our Logistics Centre in Zakroczym, and the schedule assumes cooperation for the coming year. The scope of work includes the installation and integration of the SKYPOD system using approximately 60,000 totes and 200 autonomous robots.
