How to check dimensions of a product in a warehouse?

Inter Cars provides a new form of contact for questions about the parameters of available products. 

From the beginning of September, Inter Cars customers and the company’s sales operators can verify by telephone the characteristics of products available at the ILS European Logistics and Development Centre in Zakroczym, about which they have any doubts. In order to obtain the information, it is enough to call +48 665 551 457.

This telephone number is dedicated exclusively to situations in which a mechanic wants to verify the appearance of a given product, its basic dimensions or characteristics. This allows him to confirm that he is ordering the right part. The phone is not a helpline that can assist in selecting the correct part.

Rules for using this form of contact:

• the telephone is active from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday),
• when calling, one must have a specific product index (SKU) ready,
• the index (SKU) in question must be available at the Zakroczym – HZA location (one can verify that in the Inter Cars e-Catalog),
• the response time depends on the number of enquiries and the distance an employee has to cover to find the product in the warehouse.

A telephone call makes it possible to contact directly the stock keepers working in Zakroczym. For the convenience of customers, the call can take the form of a traditional phone call or contact via WhatsApp (this application allows video chat and uploading photos). Thanks to these features of our new service, the exchange of information about the product parameters will be very efficient and convenient.
