Distribution Warehouse Supervisor

Place of work: Bydgoszcz/ Toruń

Main tasks:

Comprehensive management of logistic processes in a subordinate facility
Supervision over all areas of distribution centre operations
Management and motivation of subordinate employees (approx. 70 persons)
Organizing and controlling the work of a team
Monitoring and optimization of cost, quality and efficiency indicators
Qualitative and timely performance of assigned tasks

We are looking for a person who has:

At least several years’ experience in a management position in logistics
- Availability
- Operational autonomy and the ability to make your own decisions
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Ability to manage a group of employees
- Knowledge of WMS class system (SAFO is an advantage)
- Long-term planning skills
- Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket industry is an advantage
