Import Specialist

Logistics operator ILS sp. z o.o. from the Capital Group Inter Cars S.A is looking for candidates for the position

The person hired for this position will be responsible for:

• Execution of import transactions
• Ensuring timely delivery and customs clearance of imported goods
• Document handling of import transactions
• Preparing cyclical reports on import deliveries
• Providing necessary data for cooperating departments

Our expectations from the ideal candidate:

• Good knowledge of English, allowing free communication with foreign contractors
• Knowledge of issues in the area of import and customs transactions of goods and knowledge of logistics processes
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel
• Very good organization of work and responsibility for entrusted tasks
• Communicativeness
• Ability to work in a team
