Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of functional changes in logistics systems
Training and supporting users in the maintenance of equipment and the use of logistics systems
Testing systems for changes
Administration and configuration of logistics systems
Maintaining up-to-date process documentation of logistics services
Preparation of project documentation (in particular pre-implementation analysis and manual updates)
Interaction with project teams, product teams and external suppliers
Process modelling in the BPMN 2.0 standard

Requirements:

Highly developed analytical skills,
Experience in logistics systems development (collecting and documenting business requirements),
Good understanding of how medium to large organisations work, of business processes and of running projects,
Ability to model business processes in BPMN notation.
Knowledge of English at B2 level.
Experience in working with WMS at the level of Key User or WMS Administrator (MS Navision preferred)
