The person hired for this position will be responsible for:

Coordinate order realization processes, including building and planning
Ensuring top quality of deliveries to customers by coordinating warehouse and transport processes
Providing professional customer service during order processing, in particular clarifying irregularities and solving difficulties
Preparing reports on the implementation of selected logistics processes
Participation in projects in the area of logistics and cooperation with other departments

We are looking for a person who has:

Very good knowledge of Excel/Power Point applications – a must
Knowledge of warehouse logistics and transport, students and graduates in logistics, transport are welcome
Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts market and competition
Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present them
Very good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel spreadsheet
Ability to work in a team, organize own work and time management
Ability to communicate in English
