Specialist for Cooperation with Subcontractors in Logistics

The person hired for this position will be responsible for:

Ongoing cooperation with subcontractors with regard to contract execution.
Maintaining and supervising settlements with subcontractors.
Analysis of costs and implementation of budgets.
Development and supervision of a common remuneration policy and management structure for all regional warehouses.
Building tools for conducting evaluations of warehouse employees and functional persons, managing these evaluations and building development or training paths.
Ongoing analysis of salaries in the surrounding market (including Employment Agency) in order to look for possible opportunities and risks in maintaining employment.
Drafting and implementation of a satisfaction survey tool for warehouse employees.
Implementation of current tasks in the national logistics.

We are looking for a person who has:

Min. 3 years of experience in an independent position in the field of logistics
Good command of spoken and written English (B1 level)
Experience in complex and independent project management
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to organise own work
Creativity in solving problems
Initiative, result-oriented and looking for new solutions,
Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Driving license category B
