President of the Board of ILS Sp. z o.o. Wojciech Aleksandrowicz will become the member of the Management Board of Inter Cars SA as of 1st January 2024. Such decision was taken by the Supervisory Board of the Company. The current president of ILS has also been appointed Managing Director for Logistics and IT. The Management Board of Inter Cars SA will now consist of 5 people.
Experience in logistics and management
The new member of the Inter Cars Management Board is a graduate of the Oskar Lange University of Economics in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Economics. He also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of logistics management. Working for Inter Cars Capital Group for almost 20 years now. From 2004 to 2013 – working as a deputy director of logistics.
President of ILS, a logistics entity separated from Inter Cars
From 2012 Wojciech Aleksandrowicz was a member of the ILS Management Board and from 2013 its President. ILS was created from the spin-off of the logistics division of Inter Cars SA. Since 2020, Aleksandrowicz has also held the position of Managing Director at Inter Cars, responsible for logistics, as well as for the area of IT. A year later, he was appointed to act as the company’s proxy.
