ILS has been rewarded for its exceptional attitude towards its employees. External experts have awarded it the title of “Investor in Human Capital”
Employers honoured with the “Investor in Human Capital” certificate are companies and enterprises that are particularly focused on employee development and satisfaction. This unique award is granted on the basis of employees’ opinions about the employer.
The award has been granted in Poland since 2002 and at the same time it is the first award given in its category in the country. The “Investor in Human Capital” programme honours companies for their HR policy pursued at the highest level. During the anonymous survey of employee satisfaction and involvement a number of factors are taken into account, which are later analysed in detail.
Based on the results of the employee satisfaction survey, organisations which meet the highest standards are awarded. This is the case of ILS sp. z.o.o, which is part of the Inter Cars Group.
