ILS launches an organised transport of employees to the location in Zakroczym

ILS Sp. z o.o. is concerned about the safety and comfort of its employees and has launched a private bus line to take employees to the warehouse in Zakroczym.

What are the reasons for launching the organised transport?

Organised transport brings many benefits, both for the employer and for the employees. They are more rested, there is lower risk of accidents, both during work and when returning to their homes by car.

– If the body is tired, driving a vehicle poses the risk of an accident. For the same reason, safety of work decreases when an employee starts working just after having driven. Even when the employer has taken care to ensure that all safety regulations are met in the workplace, accidents can still happen and this must be taken into account. Employee transportgives peace of mind and psychological comfort to the employee and the employer.. That is why we decided to meet the needs of our employees and made this decision. I am very pleased that our efforts have brought positive effects and that our employees are able to get to work and back home with low travel costs  – concludes Robert Komarowski, National Logistics Director.

Is this financially beneficial for employees?

In the era of rising fuel prices, organised commuting is a considerable money-saver for many employees, and also a great time-saver for those who do not have their own car.

The cost of transport will be covered in large part by ILS, and the employee should only sign up, get on the bus and pay a symbolic monthly ticket, which costs only PLN 50.

The following routes are available for employees:
